Back the Mission
Help keep the internet honest.
AI can copy a face, a voice or a piece of writing in seconds. Soon nobody will be able to tell what a person really made. The AI Lab is building the Trust Identity Protocol so anyone can prove their work is theirs, and anyone can check it for free.
The mission
TIP gives every person a verified identity and every piece of content a signed public record of who made it, when, how it was made, and whether anyone has changed it since. Content that carries one is a Verifiable Asset. Signatures use NIST's post-quantum standard, so the proof is built to outlast the computers that could break today's locks.
TIP is free for individuals, nonprofits, schools, government agencies, newsrooms for editorial use and businesses under $100,000 in annual revenue, and checking a record is free for everyone. We want a teenager posting their first song and a newsroom publishing an investigation to have the same proof.
See it working
This is a real post by The AI Lab. It carries a TIP badge. Tap the badge and the record opens, showing who signed it, how they say it was made, and their score. Nobody has to take our word for it.
Check two real records yourself.

Free to check, not free to run
Every time someone checks a TIP-ID or a piece of content, The AI Lab pays for the compute, the database, the bandwidth and the network nodes behind that check. Nobody is charged for it, and that is on purpose. The more people use TIP, the more it costs to keep it free.
Your support helps carry that cost, keeps TIP free for individual creators, and funds the open specification and the work of the AI Trust Council.
