Tushar Bhendarkar

Tushar Bhendarkar is the Chief Technology Officer of The AI Lab Intelligence Unobscured, Inc. and of NeuriteAI, where he leads the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and production-grade artificial intelligence systems across agentic AI, machine learning, and data-intensive platforms. He brings to the Council deep expertise in data science, distributed systems, and applied AI engineering, translating advanced research into reliable, enterprise-ready solutions. Previously, Tushar served as Senior Data Scientist at Modern Softwares, where he built and operationalized large-scale analytics pipelines, machine learning models, and data platforms supporting complex business and scientific use cases. At The AI Lab and NeuriteAI, his focus on robust system architecture, performance optimization, and responsible AI implementation ensures that intelligent systems are scalable, explainable, and resilient while meeting the demands of regulated and mission-critical environments. His Council contribution centers on the engineering integrity of the Trust Identity Protocol reference implementation, the operational discipline required to run TIP at production scale, and the technical bridge between the protocol specification and the software stack that makes it real.
