Zaid Khan

Zaid Khan serves as Vice President of Finance at The AI Lab Intelligence Unobscured, Inc., where he oversees financial planning, capital allocation, and investor relations for the TIP Protocol ecosystem.

Prior to joining The AI Lab, Zaid served as Financial Associate at Dvash Ventures, a New York-based family office managing $50M in assets. There, he built financial models for e-commerce startup investments, evaluated unit economics and revenue scalability across multiple deal structures, and delivered portfolio performance insights to senior investment decision-makers. Before Dvash, he held Financial Analyst roles at KPHTH Inc. and Modern Softwares LLC, where he led cost optimization initiatives that reduced operational expenses by 20% and capital expenditures by 18%.

Zaid holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Stevens Institute of Technology (GPA: 3.8/4.0) with concentrations in corporate finance, derivatives, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainable finance. He also holds a degree in Computer Science and Technology from Anjuman College of Engineering and Technology, giving him a technical foundation in data systems, algorithms, and quantitative analysis.
