With deep expertise in data science, distributed systems, and applied AI engineering, he plays a critical role in translating advanced research into reliable, enterprise-ready solutions. Previously, Tushar served as Senior Data Scientist at Modern Softwares, where he built and operationalized large-scale analytics pipelines, machine learning models, and data platforms supporting complex business and scientific use cases. At The AI Lab and NeuriteAI, he focuses on robust system architecture, performance optimization, and responsible AI implementation, ensuring that intelligent systems are scalable, explainable, and resilient while meeting the demands of regulated and mission-critical environments.
